About Me:: I am a newly practising devotee, though I've considered myself to be a devotee since childhood :) I was born to a non-devotee family and I am trying my best to fearlessly pursue Krsna consciousness.
I absolutely love discussing anything Krsna-related and will do so for hours upon hours!
I aspire to be a disciple of HH Jayapataka Swami, and when I am ready, hope to take initiation from him.

Favorite Music:: Bhajans, kirtan, brazilian jazz, jazz in general, hip hop, trip hop, dub reggae, house, drum n bass, too many to list really...Ask me!

What am I looking for:: ASSOCIATION with other devotees - I am alienated in a family who doesn't accept my beliefs and currently living in a town with barely any devotees at all. So I need association to stay strong and stay motivated!

But my question is according to the above said slokam,we are supposed to follow swadarmam.paradarmam is dangerous.That means in which parampara we are born we should follow.(If we are born in shaivism we should follow shaivism,if born in vaishnivsm we should follow that.We are not authorised to change either our religion,caste .)But why in Iskon they ask to change the parampara and ask just to worship krishna.What krishna clearly said is which eve ris your swadarman follow that and rerspect other religions,caste and try to climb the ladder in your own parampara.But why its not taking place in iskon.
