Getting Out the Material Mire

"Maya-sukhaya. Actually this is a fact. We have succeeded in creating a humbug civilization. Every year so many cars are being manufactured, and for that purpose so many roads have to be excavated, prepared and
repaired. This creates problems after problems, and therefore it is maya-sukhaya, illusory happiness. We…

Meaning Of Brahmana

Meaning Of Brahmana
Lecture, Los Angeles, June 13, 1972

"Therefore, after education you'll have to write application, "My dear sir, I am such and such qualified dog. If you'll kindly give me some service." And the tail is waggling. You see?
Just imagine. If by education he becomes independent … Just like Vedic culture. The brāhmanas, the ksatriya, the vaisyas

Falling From Vaikuntha?

solved!

"After all, the living entity falls down from the spiritual world.

Just like Jaya-Vijaya. There is possibility, if you do not stick to the spiritual principle, even if you are in Vaikuṇṭha, you will fall down, what to speak of this material world?
Because in the Vaikuṇṭha or in the spiritual world, no contaminated soul can stay there.
He will fall down. Now, w…

Prabhupada Explains Free Will

Prabhupāda: Free will means that you can act wrongly. That is free will. Unless there is chance of doing wrong or right, there is no question of free will. Where is free will then? If I act only one sided, that means I have no free will. Because we act sometimes wrongly, that means free will.

Reaching The Supreme Destination

Reaching the supreme destination after one lifetime only, Srila Prabhupada says, yes, it is possible.

"If you continue in this way, and strictly follow the four regulative principles, making sure to chant at least sixteen rounds on the beads, daily, it is without a doubt that at the end of this lifetime, you can go back home, back to Godhead."

"In this way keep yourself engaged in Krishna's business 24 hours, and in this lifetime you will bec…

just found this e-mail by Makhanlal das (ACBSP):

Don't pretend you're not an internet ho already...... ;)

I have a blog on there too so please add me if you join up. http://puresoul.ning.com/profile
