Well you know why everyone is right? especially the I, or the We, in the first place, because of our false ego. So evrybody becomes right. If we are ready, if we can put ourselves to a lower position, then we can say we are humble. We can achieve this by chanting.More chanting. You know senior devotees are like a mirror, a mirror which reflects our bad qualities.These people have been in Krishna's sevice for longer time than us, and they know what they are saying from experience. If you have any misunderstanding, or something not clear, approach them and try to talk, explain them that maybe somewhere you are wrong, maybe you dnt know, but you feel that this way or that particular way is right, could you please help me understand...then you will know the devotee better. Actually that's how I am learning. It's everywhere like this, even at work, in simple life also. There is nothing to critisize in this, it's just that we do not have the proper eyes, our eyes is covered with dust and we have to cleanse them by chanting and proper association with devotees, with serious devotees, not those who come to temple to do prajaapa(gossip). I hope u understood what i meant...
And about gurus.Gurus are at a transcendental platform. They are on a higher platform. But they are so merciful that they come to our level so that we can understand what they say, in a simpler language. They are too much advanced for us. They made a vow to take care of us.They have a big responsibility, and always travelling to free condemned souls like us. At the cost of their health.
You said that people on earth have their own intelligence, limitations, ....yes, because we are in maya.We are ignorant. (You are lucky that you can understand Krishna, many people still cannot agree to accept krishna as the supersoul.Why? Because they are ignorant.They forgot.Like we forgot, but Krishna came back to remind us through our shiksha gurus-devotees)Taking a simple example, not far in time from now, people of past generations have better memory than ours, You agree with me? It's because we are conditioned souls, it's a material point of view. By chanting, you will see that you will understand Krishna more, understand devotees more. It's proven. That's why chanting is the key.Then we wnt see devotees' fault.But of course in the beginning, when you start to know someone better, closer, you will see his drawbacks and have your opinion and will fight for it. There is a committee in the temple which decides what to do, and how and when. In vedic culture we must respect our elders.

It's normal to have a devotee with whom you can talk abt specific things.
You talked about hierarchy among the devotees of Krsna. There has to be a hierarchy to control things. Even at work it's like this. But devotees in this context will not exploit you as it's seen at work.

What do you mean by high status devotees?

Friends, parents, family, work, home, car, money, it's the external energy of Krishna. It's an illusion.The help that we need here in this world, its purely material.it is temporary. But the help that Guru is giving us, it is eternal. Can you understand this or I should explain this point to you? It's all right, I can explain anything if I have the answer. The help that you are talking about is a material help. Agree that Guru is not around to help you, but are you ready to do what he is asking you to do? Am sure the answer is no. So he cannot lose time here. He gave the instruction and we have to follow it.We are mature enough to do that.And in the meantime, he travels somewhere else to give Krishna Prema to others, to deliver others. what you see in temple is a very high level of devotion. We are still very very small compared to this level. Gurudev said we have to improve our chanting. And this is the answer to all our doubts. by chanting more, Krishna comes into our heart and slowly out of nowhere, you will find the answer come by itself.This is Krishna.

Well you know there are lots of clashing.There are lots of different situations.So I dnt know wat situation u are talking abt so I can explain you.
We did had some light misunderstandings and we tried to clear them. And of course the more you come to know devotees, as in usual case, the more you come closer to somebody the more you learn abt his positive or negative sides. The process of Krishna Consciousness is a cleansing process. So if we get clashings with devotees it is to cleanse ourselves. Its like you know the 'galets' -roche plats in the sea? Or the thorny corals. With the waves they clash against each other only then they become so smooth. So the same way, we fight or may talk loud with devotees, with our dearest devotees, those whom we love the most, our friends devotees, but if we then figure out how to solve the matter, and we forgive... then we get elevated.This person is a piece from Krishna and we must forgive. Due to our material nature,its hard to just forget and forgive, so wat I do, is clear the misunderstanding, and then carry on.

It is too early for us to try to figure wht relationship we have with him, because it is influenced by our material desires, our wants. Only at a pure stage that the vaishnavas can truely understand this positin, because we are still small, not even dust compared to this stage. But still you can pray to Krishna like this and ask Him to show mercy on you and ask Him to help you to become closer to Him, to understand Him better.
